Everything we do is to serve you, as school leaders, to help improve life chances and outcomes for young people in your care. Together we are a leadership network with relationships, belonging, connection and collaboration at its heart.

The PiXL membership is not just one thing. Our membership gives all the staff in your school access to a range of opportunities and services including:

We stand with you and alongside you. That means the issues you raise are the issues we address. We are intelligence led and evidence informed, adapting our offer based on what you need.

We look for trends across our network and utilise the power of collaboration to provide practical-based solutions. Our approach takes some of the evidence and research from across the world of business, as well as education, and blends this with professional insights from our network.

PiXL has three aims which are:

1. Improving life chances and outcomes for young people
2. Influencing school leadership regionally and nationally
3. Helping school leaders be the agents of change for the betterment of students 

We work to make those things a reality through four different areas of what we offer: Leadership Networking, Leadership Growth, Leadership Events and Leadership Strategies.

Membership Subscription

For 2024-25, membership subscription covers the academic year from 1st September 2024 to 31st August 2025.

Prices depend on the sector, and it is an annual subscription. Further discounts are available for smaller schools and alternative contexts (APs, virtual schools, international schools).

We are not funded by anything other than school membership subscriptions, and we aim to provide the best services to ensure value for money for every school.
